Congratulations on achieving the scores necessary to apply for one of our NVWDA Rider Medals! Complete the simple form below, upload your test score sheets, and pay the $35 application fee to get started.
Submitted applications will be reviewed and verified by the NVWDA Achievement Committee within thirty days of receipt. Upon verification, NVWDA will email you letting you know that you have been approved. NVWDA will also annouce your Rider Medal Achievemnt throughout its social media channels.
Your Rider Medal will be presented to you during the NVWDA Year-End High Point Award Banquet. If you are not able to attend the live NVWDA Year-End Award Banquet, your medal will be shipped to you at the address provided in your online application within 5 business days following the NVWDA Year-End High Point Award Banquet.
