Register for High Point Award Programs
$15 per rider/horse combo, per level, up to two consecutive levels are allowed per rider/horse combo, per year.
** Registration must be completed during membership sign-up or 48 hours before the first show of 2026. ALL Levels of membership must register & declare horse/rider Level combo(s) every year.
Register for High Point Breed Award Program
$35 per horse, per year.
** Registration must be completed during membership sign-up or 48 hours before the first show of 2026. PLEASE NOTE: Founding Pioneer Memberships include (1) BREED Declaration as noted in the FPM Agreement. FPM's MUST register any additional horses they wish to participate, 48 hours before the first show of 2026.
Volunteer Hours
Nevada Western Dressage Association requires General Members (who participate in LIVE events) to perform volunteer contributions each calendar year.
● Open/Adult Amateur – 8 hours annually
● Junior (under 18) – 2 hours annually
● Therapeutic/Exceptional Adult & Therapeutic/Exceptional Junior (under 18) – 2 hours annually
● Virtual Members - are NOT required to fulfill volunteer hours
(While NVWDA encourages all members to volunteer in order
to enhance community engagement, virtual members are not required
to fulfill volunteer hours.)

What is a Membership + Contribution In Lieu?
Memberships + Contribution in Lieu are available for purchase to ALL Levels of Membership for individuals who would prefer to fulfill their annual member volunteer hour agreement in full through a financial contribution, rather than time.

YES, all "General Member, General Member + Contribution in Lieu, Lifetime Member, or Founding Pioneer Members" are automatically included in all the NVWDA Scenic Saddle Virtual Show Series & BREED Awards.
If I sign up as a "Virtual Member,"am I eligible to apply for NVWDA Scholarship Programs?
YES, all levels of membership are eligible and encouraged to apply for NVWDA's awesome Scholarship Programs.
If I sign up as a "Virtual Member," am I eligible to receive awards in "NVWDA's Recognized LIVE High Point Awards and LIVE BREED High Point Awards Program?
NO, "Virtual Members" are not eligible to win any NVWDA Recognized LIVE Show High Point Awards and NVWDA LIVE Show BREED High Point Awards.
Am I required to be a Member in order to participate in NVWDA LIVE Recognized Shows or the NVWDA Scenic Saddle Virtual Show Series?
NO, exhibitors are not required to be a member in order to participate in NVWDA Recongized Live Shows or the NVWDA Scenic Saddle Virtual Show Series. PLEASE NOTE: If you are not a member, you will not be eligible to receive awards in any NVWDA Recognized LIVE Show Award Program or the NVWDA Scenic Saddle Virtual Show Series High Point Award Programs.
